Want to go at your own pace? Prefer not to join a tour party, but would still like to know all about the best bits of Cambridge? An audio tour is what you need! Its simple to do –just download the tracks on to your personal iPod or MP3 player, plug in your earphones and off you go!

If you don’t want an audio tour, then choose a themed walk and print off your own map and guide booklet free of charge.

Choose from eight different themed walks including two MP3/Podcast walks –“ Cambridge Old and New” starts and ends in the historic centre, guides you along the Backs and up to look at the stunning new buildings on the University Sidgwick Site. “Change in the City” discusses the many changes that are happening around the Station Area.

Shapewalks is brought to you by Shape East, the Centre for the Built Environment in the East of England, and the Department of Architecture, University of Cambridge.
