Joby Talbot’s "Path of Miracles" was commissioned by Tenebrae in 2005, and first performed in July that year. The 70-minute choral drama has been captivating audiences worldwide ever since. Joby Talbot has also written the music for numerous ballets, TV series and films, including 2023 blockbuster Wonka. Inspired by the historic pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, the four movements of Path of Miracles describe the journey of a pilgrim and the major towns along the route.
