2026 Closing Concert – The Great Tradition : Ronan O’Hora Piano Recital

Ronan O'Hora, one of the UK's leading pianists, is Head of Keyboard Studies and Advanced Performance Studies at the Guildhall School of Drama and Music in London and an internationally renowned pianist. He celebrated for the depth, clarity, and refined artistry that characterise his playing. A programme of towering Romantic masterpieces, this piano concert showcases Chopin’s Piano Sonata No. 3, a work of poetic beauty and dramatic contrast, alongside Brahms’s Piano Sonata No. 3, a richly expansive and impassioned sonata of symphonic scale. Demonstrating a combination of intellectual rigour and expressive poise, O'Hora provides interpretations of lasting substance and artistic distinction.
