Climate Resilient and Biodiverse Gardens with Anna’s Flower Farm

Anna Taylor will lead an inspiring evening on the development of the David Parr House Visitor Centre garden planting and habitat creation to increase biodiversity in the garden for both house visitors and the city wildlife to feed and find shelter with. Anna will be speaking about creating climate-resilient planting that enhances a public multi-use space, increasing soil health and maintenance strategies to reduce maintenance, whatever the unpredictable weather in the face of climate change.

  • 14th May 2025 - 14th May 2025
  • 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

There will be time for questions and discussion on the issues with plenty of tips and ideas to take home for your space.

Anna has over 25 years of experience as a horticulturist, garden designer and educator on growing cut flowers, seasonal connection and regenerative practise, she believes that gardens can be beautiful, low maintenance whilst increasing biodiversity, a personal place of resistance, refuge, shelter and joy whilst making a real positive climate contribution.
