We invite you to join us for a hedonistic evening of festive wine exploration with celebrated Cambridge sommelier, wine writer, and educator, Cong Cong Bo at Parker's Tavern.

This December, we invite you to join us for a hedonistic evening of festive wine exploration with celebrated Cambridge sommelier, wine writer, and educator, Cong Cong Bo. 6 carefully curated wines will be served with specially prepared hors d’oeuvres from our talented chefs while Cong guides you through ideal wine choices for Christmas. Be it aperitifs with the neighbours or a special toast, turkey lunch or beef wellington, Stilton and mince pies or Christmas pudding – we will have you covered for all eventualities.

With an impressive career spanning multiple facets of the wine industry, Cong is listed 9th in the Harpers Top 50 UK Sommeliers. You may know her from Cambridge wine shop-bar Amphora, which was awarded the Decanter Retailer Awards Best Newcomer 2023. Cong is a regular wine judge, writer at TimAtkin.com, and a Master of Wine candidate.

Thursday 19th December, at 6pm in the library at Parker’s Tavern.
