How Hearing Better Can Help You Think Better

We'd like to invite you to a fascinating talk with our Lead Audiologist, Trevor Chapman, as he explores the science behind the hearing-brain connection. Learn how taking early action, such as regular hearing tests and using hearing aids, can not only improve your hearing but also help maintain your cognitive health.

Did you know that your hearing health is closely connected to your brain health? When we experience hearing loss, our brain has to work harder to fill in the gaps, making it harder to deal with other tasks such as memory and problem-solving. Over time, this extra strain can lead to social isolation and even an increased risk of cognitive decline and dementia.

This event is free to attend, with refreshments and free parking available. There’s no need to book, but if you’d like to let us know so we have an idea of attendee numbers please do so here. Whether you’re curious about your own hearing, want to support a loved one, or simply want to learn more, this talk is for you!
