In Steam – 21 and 22 June

Experience the thrill of steam engines in action!

  • 21st June 2025 - 22nd June 2025
  • 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

A Fantastic Day Out for the Whole Family!

Experience the thrill of steam engines in action! Our magnificent engines will be running throughout the day following an extensive restoration program, made possible by thousands of volunteer hours and over £100,000 in funding from local donations, the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic England, and the Architectural Heritage Fund.

The North Hathorn Davey engine, fully repaired after a casting failure at our last event, will be running again—an unmissable sight! A variety of smaller engines will also be in operation across the site. Be sure to check the timetable upon arrival so you don’t miss a moment of the action.

Enjoy craft beer, wine, and delicious pizza at Engineers House, or grab the finest coffee in Cambridge from Kerb Kollective.
