Learn all about the joys and benefits of cold water swimming with Anna, our qualified open water lifeguard and certified cold water practitioner in this 2-hour workshop.

Anna will guide you through the physiology of cold exposure, explaining how your body responds to the cold and the many benefits of wild swimming. You’ll also receive essential safety tips and techniques to ensure you’re confident before, during, and after your swim. After learning the basics, you’ll enjoy a guided swim or dip in our beautiful lake, followed by a warming hot drink around the fire pit as you unwind and reflect on the experience.

Please bring appropriate swimwear, neoprene gloves and socks if you have them, warm clothing, towel and a dry robe/warm coat.

Cost: £35 (includes a hot drink).
