Linton Children’s Book Festival

Join us for a weekend of stories, creativity and family fun as the Linton Children’s Book Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary!

Taking place on 16–17 May, this free festival features a packed programme of author talks, performances, workshops and storytelling sessions.

Meet bestselling authors and illustrators including Jamie Littler, Helen Rutter and J. T. Williams, and enjoy live events, creative activities and family-friendly entertainment throughout the weekend.

Most talks and workshops can be booked in advance, helping you plan your day, while a range of drop-in activities will be running throughout including typewriters, story-time sessions and even a magician! Bring a picnic or head to a food van on-site.

This will be a fantastic free day out for families, with something for everyone!
