We’re thrilled to announce Sandor Ellis Katz, Rowen Halstead and Rachel de Thample will be joining Nourish & Nurture 2026, bringing together some of the most exciting voices in fermentation, food and sustainable living.
Sandor Ellis Katz will lead the UK’s biggest hands-on fermentation workshop – from beginners to advanced fermenters.
Described by the Financial Times as “the godfather of fermentation” and profiled everywhere from The Guardian to The New Yorker, Sandor Katz is the most influential figure in contemporary fermentation.
Learn directly from Sandor, author of The Art of Fermentation and Wild Fermentation, as he shares his expert tips and stories that have inspired millions. Sandor will also be speaking on our expert panels and signing books.
Alongside Sandor, Rowen Halstead and Rachel de Thample will share their deep knowledge of food, flavour, fermentation and sustainable living through talks, panels and practical sessions across the weekend.

Catalina Brumann is the founder of the Nourish & Nurture weekend and FermenTABLE. Through FermenTABLE, she runs workshops, delivers speaking events about the health benefits of fermentation, and develops delicious recipes. Catalina has been fermenting food for more than 20 years. She believes in the benefits that a healthy diet does to support the immune system, and she wants to help raise awareness of sustainability, zero waste and good gut health through fermenting food.
