Following the success of the inaugural Cambridge Chinese Music and Culture Festival in August 2024, after meticulous planning and preparation by the organising committee, we are delighted to announce that the Second Cambridge Chinese Music and Culture Festival will return this summer from 16th to 22nd August 2025.

This music festival is a major public cultural event jointly organised by the Cambridge Chinese Community Centre, the Cambridge Qin Society, and the Cambridge University Chinese Orchestra Society. It aims to showcase the essence of traditional Chinese music and, through the medium of music, deepen the dialogue and exchange between Chinese and British culture and the arts.

We are honoured to welcome some exceptional musicians from China, Japan and Germany to join us in this magnificent festival. These talented musicians will travel to the UK to collaborate with local British musicians and music ensembles, together to present a series of extraordinary performances.
