It gives me great pleasure to present to you a brand new Open Mic for Cambridge, on a Thursday at the historic Tram Depot – one of the finest pubs in the city.
Well known for their regular jazz evenings, we are going to bring you some of Cambridge’s finest acoustic talent and some established headliners, well known on the local folk scene, once a month on the last Thursday.
The evening will have 5/6 floor spots of 3 songs and then we will have a booked headliner onstage around 10pm.
This months headliner is the irrepressible talent of IMLAC.
Imlac is a Cambridge based musician, playing blues infused folk and gospel music, influenced by the likes of Son House, Muddy Waters, Joni Mitchell, Tom Waits, Van Morrison and John Martyn.
Get there early to get a slot at 7.00pm, put your name down and play your music to us.
