This is a fascinating one-day interest and personal development workshop for anyone intrigued by psychology and the human mind, and that wants to find out more.

No prior knowledge is needed, but during the day you will encounter fascinating insights into how people think, including understanding personality, body language and behaviour, how people make decisions (and why they are often not good ones), as well as memory.

The day is facilitated by Mike Culley, a chartered psychologist and associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, who works with individuals and organisations to help them understand and work more effectively with, the mind and human behaviour.

The relaxed and informal workshop includes discussions and demonstrations to help illuminate the concepts covered, as you gain insights into people. The aim is a day of discovery, learning, and personal growth, including many aspects that you could find very useful in your own everyday life…
