At our Bistro du Vin Cambridge, it's about serving up dishes that not only taste great, but are also made using locally sourced produce and, wherever possible, organic too. It's about enjoying moderately priced à la carte dining in a down-to-earth, warm and relaxing setting.

From simple starters like French onion soup and British rock oysters to mains of Normandy chicken and 28-day dry-aged steaks, it's about tucking into even better value bistro classics.

All served by attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable waiting staff more than happy to explain the dishes, ingredients, and how they were put together by our talented Chefs. And always on hand, your Sommelier, ready to advise, guide, match or recommend the perfect wine.

As for the décor - think natural daylight, reclaimed dark-stained floorboards, Hotel du Vin's first open plan kitchen, framed pictures and paintings, soft lighting and comfortable chairs. This is Bistro du Vin Cambridge. Bistro dining at its heart warming, mouth-watering best.

Al Fresco
There's really nothing more delicious than the British summertime. Just in time for the warmer, and longer, days, we have launched a new Al Fresco menu that boasts the best tastes of summer. Fresh, seasonal ingredients and and an inspired summery wine list as well as new colourful punches, have been designed to be enjoyed, outdoors or in with friends and family.

Breakfast
Whether you're staying with us, meeting friends or having an early meeting, you can join us for a divine Hotel du Vin Breakfast. The country table offers freshly squeezed juices, cereals, baked pastries, banana bread, fruit, natural yoghurts and crunchy granola. The cooked breakfast offers all the delights from the country table as well as a choice of everything from traditional breakfast favourites, smoked haddock, French toast and eggs Benedict. There is no need to book a table just pop in.

Sunday Brunch
Join us this Sunday and settle in for a sumptuous four course culinary treat, including our lavish French market table of seafood and crustacea and, of course, our signature roasts.
