Cambridge Alumni Tours specialises in authentic, alumni-led experiences guided by University of Cambridge graduates and current students. Founded by Cambridge locals and University of Cambridge graduates, we have been operating for more than 14 years and have received over 5,000 excellent reviews online.

Our shared walking tours are available in English and Spanish and include access to the grounds of Trinity College, where Sir Isaac Newton studied and King Charles III attended university. Depending on college opening arrangements, tours may also include entry to Pembroke College and other historic university sites.

Guests can also book experiences that include entry to King’s College grounds and the world-famous King’s College Chapel. Our private tours offer even greater flexibility, allowing us to create a bespoke route that may include additional colleges and locations based on the guest’s interests, subject to access and opening arrangements.

Through our partnership with Scudamore’s, Cambridge’s historic punting company, visitors can enjoy a traditional punting tour along the River Cam or combine an alumni-led walking tour with a relaxing punting experience.

Alongside our classic university tours, we offer a wide range of themed experiences, including ghost tours, prospective-student tours, science tours, women’s history tours, LGBTQ+ history tours and other specialist academic, educational and cultural experiences.

We welcome individuals, couples, families and groups of all sizes, including schools, universities, corporate away days, VIP guests, academic organisations and educational travel programmes. Bespoke packages can include private alumni guides, workshops, college visits, educational activities, transportation and accommodation.

We also offer tours and tailored experiences in Oxford and London. Our Oxford experiences include university, literary and Harry Potter-themed tours, while our London tours can be incorporated into wider educational, cultural or private itineraries.

For guests wishing to visit multiple destinations, we can create fully bespoke packages combining Cambridge, Oxford and London. These can include guiding, transportation, accommodation, workshops and complete itineraries tailored to the group’s interests, schedule and requirements.
