Sitting pretty on bustling Bridge Street, Three Joes is a proudly independent group of local pizza restaurants serving seriously tasty Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, craft beers, cocktails, hand-spun shakes and a tasty Mini Joes menu for under 8’s. The beautifully-designed restaurant is the spot for everything from casual lunch dates and post-study pizza sessions to late night parties.

Born from a passion for pizza, Three Joes dough is made fresh daily using Caputo “00” flour which ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients, including: San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius and mozzarella from Brue Valley in Gloucester.

Alongside classic Pepperoni and Margherita, the menu offers bold flavour combinations, such as Spicy ‘nduja and roast chicken, Slow-roasted barbeque pork, Whole ball buffalo and Aubergine Parmigiana, as well as regularly changing seasonal specials. Accompanying the pizzas are indulgent sharing dishes, including Whole baked camembert and Charcuterie, plus indulgent macaroni cheeses, Buddha salads, and ice cream sundaes. Whether you’re a meat-eater, vegan, veggie or gluten-free, they’ve got you covered.

Three Joes have been proudly serving up mouth-watering sourdough pizza since 2017. For those who are new here, you’ll find our restaurants in the market towns of Winchester and Lincoln, as well as the south coast spot of Chichester.
