Cambridge River Trips

Riverboat & Narrow Boat River Cruises

Camboats Narrow Boat Cruises

Relax and enjoy a leisurely cruise along the river Cam in a Narrow Boat - these small canal boats are different to the Cambridge punt, as they are the more traditional boat style vessel that can carry up to 12 passengers per boat.

Narrow Boat Cruises take you on a journey along the River Cam, past the College Boat Houses and out towards the city boundary.  Also available are extended cruises going as far as Ely, home to the world famous Ely Cathdral. There are also options of private hire and added extras, such as Cream Teas and Fish and Chips!

Camboats Eco Solar Electric Boat Cruises

Relax and enjoy a unique cruise along the river Cam in an environmentally friendly Eco Solar Electric Catamaran – this vessel is powered by sunlight!  The boat can carry up to 12 passengers in comfort, with a flat deck for wheelchair access. Larger groups can be accommodated by having two or more boats travel in convoy.

As you travel in virtual silence the route can pass the College Boat Houses as well as some of the industrial heritage of the city or out towards the city boundary.  There are also options of private hire and added extras, such as Cream Teas, Afternoon Tea, High Tea, and Fish & Chips!

Cambridge River Trips

Take a cruise along river Cam in the comfortable, electric and quiet boat "The Cambridge" towards Ditton Meadows passing beautiful scenery, boathouses and wildlife.

This is a slice of quintessential English leisure and what better to accompany the trip than a traditional afternoon tea?

St.Ives Electric Riverboat Cruises
