Following the murder of their cook and the death of their mother, events take a strange turn for the Towcliffe family. (The long awaited sequel to The Death of the Dowager)

Many of you present will have read the sensational stories of the events that took place at Claverley Hall last winter. You will have read how, with the family cut off from the world by the worst snow storms in ten years, the Dowager was poisoned and the cook was murdered. Ladies and Gentlemen, pages have been written on the exemplary detective work done by our brave Scotland Yard’s Inspector Marchant and the arrests of the butler and the notorious swindler Mr Dummond. Driven by greed, Drummond and the butler tried to rob the, soon to be grieving, family of their inheritance, the magnificent Buba diamond. The story ended with the Death of the Dowager who tragically fell down two flights of stairs.

And so we are set for what is left unfinished and what continues.
