CHRISTMAS DAY MENU

TO START

Orange, dill and fennel pollen ChalkStream® farm trout with pickled fennel and focaccia
Trio of beetroots with pickled walnuts, goat’s curd, watercress and pomegranate pearls
Duck pressing with orange, puylentils, petit salad and Grand Marnier dressing
Black rice, quinoa and ginger salad with vegetable gyozas

MAINS

Roast Turkey with pigs in blankets, apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, roasted roots, Brussel sprouts, French green beans and jus
Fillet of British beef with dauphinoise potato, slow roasted mushroom, Jerusalem artichoke puree and charred baby leeks
Sweet potato, cashew and apricot chutney tart, served with fondant potato, parsnips, carrots, sprouts and vegan gravy
ChalkStream® trout fillet in a Prosecco and lobster sauce served with Pommes Anna Potato, tenderstembroccoli and baby carrots
