Published hormone expert and alumni of St John’s College, Dr Nicky Keay will be in conversation with fellow alumni Gavin Francis (British Masters road race cycle champion 2022), Kim Ingleby (performance coach), Anna Boniface (physiotherapist and former GB athlete) and guests.

The panel will discuss how and why hormones affect and interact with your health and performance and what you can do to harness them to reach your personal full potential. This discussion is relevant for all ages and level of exerciser. We look forward to welcoming you and answering your questions

The event will include an in-depth discussion on relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) with Pippa Woolven (founder of Project RED-S and former GB athlete)
