  • 28th April 2024 - 28th April 2024
  • 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Naturally Wild Retreats- founded by a local mum and daughter duo- have paired up with the Quy Mill Hotel to run their unique 1-day retreat; Mindfulness with Flowers, over 2 dates in April.

Mindfulness with Flowers is a day of Holistic Relaxation, unwinding your mind and bringing peace and harmony to your inner-self through a floral journey of the senses.

You can expect guided meditation sessions to transport you to far-away flower fields, craft-based aromatherapy workshops using essential oils and real flowers, to create simple yet visually delightful pieces and beautifully scented products to take home with you, as well as a delicious flower-themed lunch, drinks and snacks including herbal teas and elderflower wine- with a specially curated menu by the hotel chef.

There’s no need to be an expert meditator or master craftsman; the retreat days are suitable for all levels of experience and are sure to bring enjoyment, laughter and calmness to the day regardless of your crafting prowess or meditation experience. So come and join us for the perfect escape at the Quy Mill Hotel on the 27th or 28th April, for a truly lovely day of total relaxation, light-hearted crafts, delicately scented aromatherapy, and delicious fare – all centred around flowers.

Tickets are £110 each and include all workshops and materials as well as lunch, drinks and snacks. There are discounts available for bookings of 2 or more people together, please get in touch for details!

Accommodation is optional, but should you wish to make a weekend out of it, the hotel is offering a generous discount on their double rooms with full use of the facilities, for our retreat guests.

The retreat days are adult only (18+) and, due to the peaceful nature and structure of the day, we ask you to please leave your lovable pooches at home.
