FREE:  Haddenham: Open for Nature Day

Join us at Fairchild’s Meadow on Saturday 24th June (11am-2pm) to discover local wildlife and find out how you can support our much-loved species!
  • LEARN from the experts on hand to showcase the wildlife that’s living in the local area.
  • ENJOY tailor-made talks, tabletop displays and hands-on activities.
  • TAKE PART in bumblebee walks and botanical surveying.
  • TALK to wildlife organisations and local groups who’ll be sharing their ongoing work to support wildlife within Cambridgeshire.

Did you know?

One of the oldest surviving buildings in Cambridge is the Leper Chapel on Newmarket Road. Also known as the Chapel of St Mary Magdalene, it dates back to the 12th century and was originally used as a place to isolate victims of leprosy.
