Oreno Omakase Dinner at Lot 25, Willingham on 03 June

An inspiring and innovative five-course dinner arranged by Oreno's founder Moz Khudairi. Expertly prepared cuisine that will impress you. Book your place right away if you want to experience an evening of culinary inventiveness. This dinner has limited seating and therfore we expect to sell out swiftly. Your hosts at Lot 25 will greet you from 6 pm. The eating experience starts at 6.30 pm and lasts until about 10.30 pm.

The Menu:

Sake & Amuse Bouche
A sweet plum sake and amuse bouche upon arrival.
Trio of Sea Tartar Oshi
Osaka inspired square pressed sushi, pan crisp fried overlaid with contrasting variances of salmon, tuna and mackerel tartar.
Tsukune
Robata grilled and glazed meatball skewer formed from minced chicken thigh, accompanied with aged tare jus and shoyuzuke egg yolk.
Dragon Fruit & Mango
Fresh mango sorbet and vibrant dragon fruit coulis on a crumble base.
Ponzu Salmon Teriyaki
Robata grilled salmon fillet with crispy skin in a teriyaki ponzu shōyu sauce served with ume sushi seasoned donburi and fresh salad.
Matchamisu
Layers of light and fluffy matcha tea cream and sponge.
