Our Place in Space | Morning Yoga on Midsummer Common

Relax, unwind and be mindful by Mercury! Jump in your space shuttle and head towards Mercury to join a yoga class that will help restore your body and mind with Karin Eklund.

Karin’s free flowing style pays special attention to breath and alignment to help soften and heal the body.

You can either enjoy an adult only session or bring the kids for a fun and more interactive session tailored for the whole family.

Messages from Mission Control:

  • Yoga will take place by Mercury on Midsummer Common

  • The sessions will last 45 minutes

  • Yoga mats are not provided, please remember to bring your own

  • The sessions will be tailored to all levels of ability — beginners welcome!

  • This event is subject to weather conditions. Ticket holders will be notified if adverse weather cancels or alters this event in advance.

There will be 3 sessions:

Saturday 6 August @ 8am (adults only)

Saturday 6 August @ 9am (family friendly)

Sunday 7 August @ 9am (family friendly)
