Our Place in Space | Storytelling at the Sun

Take yourself and your family or friends on a storytelling adventure by the Sun on Sunday 14 or 21 August.

  • 14th August 2022 - 21st August 2022
  • 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join expert storyteller Marion Leeper who will share folktales and legends about the Sun from cultures around the world. Joining her will be illustrator Tonka Uzu who will help you get creative inspired by Marion’s stories.

These sessions will be at 11am and 2pm and no booking is required.

Visit the Cambridge Mobile Library:

Warm up your imagination as you explore a wide range of books available for all the family… there will also be some pretty awesome Oliver Jeffers’ activity sheets too!

This super space shuttle will be parked up by the Sun from 11am-3pm.

  • For your comfort please bring something to sit on such as a beach chair or blanket

  • The library service is free to join and use. You simply need to sign up for a library account to take books home with you – see here.
