Join Gabriela in this 75 minute magical practice to welcome in the New Moon under the glowing Sun.
The practice will slow down as you begin to feel more connected to yourself, ending with Moon breathing, rest and letting go.
We welcome people from all walks of life, whether you are an experienced yogi or have never stepped foot on a mat before.
We look forward to celebrating the magic of the New Moon with you as the Summer closes and Autumn begins.
The Nitty Gritty;
All abilities welcome, participants must be 16+. Please bring a towel or yoga mat to practice on, along with some water. The session is £15 per person.
There is limited parking at the pay and display that operates around the venue. Free parking can be found at the Park and Ride or Sainsburys only a few minutes walk away.
