Somewhere To Belong

A fun and chaotic play about bisexuality

  • 17th May 2022 - 18th May 2022
  • 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm

CK, an unwitting contestant on the strange and invasive Gameshow, is forced to undertake humiliating tasks in a bid to win a grand prize. Will it be a yacht? An all-inclusive holiday to Lanzarote? The ragged remains of her pride? No-one knows. But with all eyes on her, and only the voice of the game show host to guide her, CK must navigate these bizarre tasks until time runs out and she can finally get a glimpse of what she’s been competing for.

A clownish hour of chaos awaits in this silly simile for sexuality. From the makers of five-star production ‘BLUE’, comes a show that wades through every awful and absurd perception of the bi+ community, and finds new ways to celebrate the authentic voices of bi, pan and queer people from around the world. If you like ‘Taskmaster’ and hate biphobia, this is for you.

“A playful, thought-provoking and extremely honest piece of work… Scopes confidently shines a light on the bisexual experience… A hopeful hand of solidarity to anyone who is figuring it all out too”  Exeunt Magazine

“60 minute masterpiece”  ★★★★★ London Pub Theatre on BLUE

“Clever, Funny, beautiful” ★★★★★ The Upcoming on BLUE
