Thursday 18th April, 6pm, £25 per ticket. Book now.

Join us as welcome Bert Bert Blaize for a one-off tasting event, which will feature a series of esoteric wines, paired with bites developed by our talented culinary team. Bert is the co-author of “Which Wine When” – a ground-breaking guide that offers simple yet brilliant wine matches for the foods we eat every day. From takeaways and snacks to Sunday lunches, home-cooked classics, cheese, and desserts, Bert’s wine matches are fun, affordable, and simple.

Hosted in our library, an elegant and relaxed space, Bert will lead a detailed tasting session aimed at educating guests and imbuing them with confidence in choosing wines that complement their favourite foods. The tasting will guide guests through four wines, each paired with an inventive and delicious bite created by the talented team at Parker’s Tavern. Bert’s exploration will unveil wines from lesser-known regions across Europe, including Spain, Italy, and further afield.

Speaking of the collaboration, Bert says, “By thoughtfully pairing food and wine, you can enhance the already exceptional qualities of both, achieving an elevated level of deliciousness. What many don’t appreciate is that this doesn’t need to involve extra expense or effort.”

Thursday 18th April, 6pm, in the Library. Price: £25 per person, including 4x wines and 4x snacks. To book your place, visit https://parkerstavern.com/booking/
