Eddington Arts
A great opportunity to browse the work of local artists and meet the makers. Jewellery, ceramics, paintings, clocks, textiles, chocolates and much more! Set in the stunning Storey's Field Centre, Eddington, the event promises to showcase the best in handmade art and craft. A chance to meet local artists, buy their work and learn about the processes and inspiration behind it.
Cambridge Bead Fair
Beads & pearls for the home jewellery maker. Many new semi precious imported into the UK by MrBead. Along with crystal & seed beads from Southampton Bead Shop, findings and other beads by Beading Fantastic, plus other sellers. Free admission & free refreshments!
Time and Place
Visual Artists Jo Tunmer and Cathy Faithfull began their art collaboration three years ago, inspired by the reporting of human tragedies caused by accelerating climate change. Since they began in 2019 a lot in the world has changed, including a shift in the artists work. At the beginning of the collaboration the work was driven by climate change statistics and data but this has now shifted to incorporate elements of 'time'. The exhibition is thought-provoking and both artists will be in attendance for the duration of the event. The ticketed private preview will be held on Friday 30th September 2022.
Excellence of Youth Art Show
A celebration of exciting, young UK artists. The exhibition features 22 artists aged 18 to 32, working across a wide range of media. Private View: Friday 14th October.
