After a tea break and optional face-paint intention ritual, we enter the second half: a full Ecstatic Dance Wave — a free-form, conscious dance space with no steps to follow, no right or wrong, just authentic movement and self-expression. The experience closes with deep relaxation, soothing breath, and a restorative gong bath. Beginners welcome. Come as you are — and dance yourself back to freedom, ease, and aliveness.
