Visit Downing College gardens with the gardening team’s senior members to harvest a selection of seasonal seeds to take home. The seed collection workshop uses plants in a variety of garden situations at Downing including herbaceous borders, woodlands and areas normally only accessible to College members.
Cambridge University Library is one of the UK’s six legal deposit libraries, which means it receives a copy of every book published in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It now houses over 8 million books, journals and other items!
