Knoops

The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu which offers chocolates to suit every taste and mood. We find joy in helping you to discover your perfect chocolate drink, and encourage experimentation with different % chocolates and flavours in a process we call ‘Knoopology’. This process is simple; choose your chocolate %, milk, and extra flavours like sea salt, orange zest or chilli to be made into a hot chocolate, milkshake or iced chocolate.

Pages Cambridge

Pages Coffee House opened on Trumpington Street at the start of October 2023. Founder and Cambridge local Jasmine Jayyousi had a desire to add another independent spot to the mix with the hope it'd become a core part of the community and keep the city's unique spirit alive. Serving beans from London roastery Monmouth and baked goods from Borough Market, Pages provides a slice of the big city but served up in a more relaxing environment. Along with supplying a daily caffeine fix their menu also offers speciality lattes such as matcha, beetroot or turmeric which have added health benefits for those who are looking to try something a bit different.
